COURSE OVERVIEW

This suite provides a comprehensive framework for planning and launching successful AEC projects. Participants will learn how to develop and apply Project Management Plans that integrate scope, schedule, resources, finances, quality, risk, and stakeholder priorities—ensuring alignment between client objectives, firm goals, and project execution.

• Developing and administering the Project Management Plan, including initiation, communication, procurement, and change planning
• Identifying critical success factors, balancing client and firm priorities, and translating them into measurable objectives
• Defining and controlling project scope using work, organizational, and accounting breakdown structures
• Organizing project teams, selecting consultants, planning resources, and managing workloads across multiple projects
• Preparing financial plans, schedules, quality plans, and risk strategies to control cost, time, performance, and liability
