COURSE OVERVIEW
This course library focuses on managing AEC projects from kick-off through closeout, emphasizing execution discipline, performance control, client communication, change management, recovery strategies, and effective project completion. Participants will learn how to keep projects aligned, address issues proactively, and close projects in a way that protects client relationships and firm profitability.

- Monitoring and controlling budget and schedule performance using practical metrics, trends, and Earned Value concepts
- Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, including delivering difficult messages and navigating public environments
- Managing scope creep, change orders, and project recovery when projects fall behind or encounter crisis
- Closing projects successfully, managing the “Red Zone,” and capturing lessons learned through after-action reviews
